"Bharat Byte Tech" is the working name of an independent collective of freelance technology professionals. It is not a registered company, partnership or other incorporated entity, and nothing on this website should be read as a claim to the contrary. Any engagement is contracted directly with the individual freelancer or freelancers taking on the work, under the terms agreed in writing for that specific project.

Terms of Service

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or misrepresent yourself when contacting us. Content on this site - including text, graphics and the Bharat Byte Tech name and logo - belongs to Bharat Byte Tech unless otherwise noted, and shouldn't be reused commercially without asking first.

Any actual engagement for web development, app development, DevOps or AI services is governed by the separate proposal or freelance agreement you sign with the individual freelancer(s) doing the work, not by this page. Nothing on this website is a binding quote - pricing and scope are only final once confirmed in writing for your specific project.

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we make no guarantee that every page is error-free or fully up to date. We may update, correct or remove content at any time without notice.

Privacy Policy

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide - typically your name, email address and message - solely to respond to your enquiry. We don't sell this information, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers (such as our form and hosting providers) needed to operate this website.
